Bookings & Payment: All bookings are subject to availability, payment terms will be agreed at booking & certificates may be withheld until full payment is received.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing, notice periods and refund terms will be confirmed at booking & Horizon First Aid may reschedule or cancel where necessary.
Course Attendance: Full attendance is required for certification, late arrival or absence may result in non-certification & disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course.
Certification: Certification is awarded upon successful completion & certificates are issued via the awarding body (e.g. FAA).
Health & Safety: Learners must follow all safety instructions & participation in practical activities is at the learner’s own risk.
